This could be one of two problems.
First hook your cybiko up to the charger. Next, Press the reset button. It should power up. Next charge your cybiko for 45 min. Take it off the charger and make sure that the cybiko works with out the charger. If it doesn't work with out the charger, it means that your batteries are completly dead.

You can attempt to open the Cybiko Xtreme and replace the batteries(Batteries cost about $4.50 at www.cybikostore.com) or you can let Cybiko fix it for about $16.00 .
